This game was awsome!
Though u need more weapons, more sound and more gore (yes more gore)
Here are some of my ideas:
1). Add blood dripping and spurting effects.
2). Give the guy guts.
3). Add a scalpel tool to use to cut out the guts and play around with them >:)
4). Add a weapon that could set him on fire, mabye a gasoline tank were left click is to pour the gasoline onto him, and Ctrl + Click is to throw a match!
5). Flesh eating insects that crawl all over him and eat him slowly.
6). An Axe.
7). Screaming.
8). Add the ability to damage and break bones.

These are all my ideas that could make the game better. Overall this game was fun and addicting
